Setting up Autoload through the website 

Getting ready to travel is easy. To set up Autoload on the website, simply sign into your PRESTO account, go to "My Cards", then select "Add Funds or Autoload". 

Setting up Autoload through the PRESTO app 

Setting up Autoload on the PRESTO App is as easy as 1-2-3. Simply sign into your PRESTO account, select your PRESTO card, and go to “Set up Autoload”. Choose your minimum balance, follow the prompts, tap and you're done! 

Other ways to set up Autoload

If you want to set up Autoload with pre-authorized debit, you will need to download a form, complete it, and send it to us by mail.

Managing Autoload

Updating Payment Information
You can easily update your payment information from the Autoload settings section on the PRESTO app or website.

Here’s how:

• For the PRESTO App, select the card with the Autoload and select “Manage Autoload”.

• If you prefer using the website, select the card you’ve set up Autoload for and select “Add Funds or Autoload”.

Confirm the dollar amounts and click ‘Next’. Then you’ll be able to change your payment method.

Updating Autoload Amounts Only
If you only need to update your Autoload amounts, follow the same steps as above. After entering the new dollar amounts on the first page, click “Next”, and you can continue using the same payment method as before.

Important Note:
Updating your saved payment method may cancel your Autoload agreement. To avoid any disruptions to your Autoload, we recommend updating your payment method directly through your Autoload settings.
